What is your website address? TOP

You can access our website in two (2) ways, either via www.callamae.net or www.callamae.com. Both website addresses will direct you to our beautiful online boutique!

What quality materials do you use in your designs? TOP

At CallaMae we only use the finest and highest quality materials in our designs. The exact materials used to design and craft each bracelet is included in the description that accompanies each bracelet pictured. In addition, we only use only the highest quality stretch cord, for maximum support and comfort, in our stretch bracelet designs.

Do your products contain lead? TOP

There is always an element of lead in all base metal and Swarovski crystal materials. There is no lead in our lead-free pewter. We are located in the State of California which has very strict lead standard guidelines. To the best of our knowledge, all of the material we purchase and use in our bracelet designs conform with the lead standards of the State of California. For obvious safety reasons, above and beyond lead exposure, PLEASE do not place jewelry items in the mouth (yourself, children or pets) as they do not belong there! ALWAYS use your best judgment and common sense by supervising children while they are wearing jewelry.

How do I know what size bracelet to order? TOP

Great question! Please refer to our INFORMATION PAGE for a complete size chart. If you are still unsure, measure the wrist where you'd wear a watch and add 1/2". We measure all of our bracelets end-to-end before they are finished.

How long after I place my order until my item(s) is created? TOP

We start working on your order once we have confirmation of your payment. You can expect your order to ship usually within 24 to 72 hours. And, each bracelet is shipped beautifully packaged and ready for gift-giving! **This time may increase around the Holidays, Valentine's Day, Easter & Mother's Day, please plan accordingly.**

Will I be notified if materials are out of stock or on backorder? TOP

Yes, you will be notified immediately in the unlikely event we are temporarily out of a component needed to complete your order. We will place your bracelet on backorder and it will be created immediately upon receipt of the component needed. Or, you can opt to cancel your order.

Do you accept special orders? TOP

Yes. Since all of our bracelets are custom made and handcrafted at the time of your order, we can change the components (colors and/or charms), usually for no additional cost to you! As long as we have the components in stock, that is no problem. You can also request additional charms (for an additional fee) or have your bracelet(s) made without charms. And, we love custom orders for one-of-a-kind bracelets, or mulitple bracelets for a special occasion! How long will it take before my order ships? TOP

Are my online transactions with CallaMae secure? TOP

Yes! CallaMae uses Paypal to process all of our credit card and debit card transactions. When you check out, you will provide your payment details to Paypal via the link to their secure website.

Do I need a Paypal account to make a purchase from CallaMae? TOP

No, you can make a purchase from CallaMae, through Paypal, without establishing a Paypal account. Or, if you'd like, you may open an account with Paypal. Please refer to Paypal.com for full details.

Do you accept payments other than Paypal? TOP

Yes. We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Cash. Please refer to our PAYMENT POLICY PAGE for full details.

My daughter outgrew her bracelet and she just loves it. Can I have it restrung larger? What is the cost? TOP

Yes! If your child has out grown her bracelet and you would like it restrung into a larger size, the cost to do so is just $6.00 per bracelet (this includes restringing the bracelet, adding components, replacing worn components & charms when necessary; cleaning the bracelet & shipping the bracelet back out to you!)

Please contact us at callamaedesigns@yahoo.com and let us know which design(s) you'd like restrung and we will provide you with our mailing address so you can return the original bracelet(s) to us for retringing!
