If we happen to spell the name incorrectly on your bracelet, other than what you specified on your order, making it our error, then we will be happy to restring it for you, free of charge.  In order to do so, you MUST return the bracelet to us first.  Upon our receipt of your returned bracelet, we will immediately restring and reship it to you, free of charge.  Please contact us for a return authorization and to obtain our mailing address for the return.

Otherwise, due to the personalized nature of the products we craft, once your order has shipped ALL sales are final.  Please be sure to order the correct design, specify the correct size and check your spelling carefully before you submit your order!  Since all of our bracelets are custom made and handcrafted to your exact specifications when you placed your order, we do not accept returns on finalized bracelets where you have made an error. 

If you ordered the wrong size or if you spelled a name incorrectly on your order and you would like your bracelet restrung, we will be more than happy to do so for you.  You will be charged a $5.00 restringing charge per bracelet.  The original bracelet(s) must be returned to us along with $5.00 for each incorrect bracelet you ordered in the form of cash, check, money order or cashier's check.  Please contact us for a return authorization and to obtain our mailing address for the return. 

If you ordered the wrong design, you will need to place a new order for the bracelet design you would like.  There will be no discount given for the new bracelet.
